5/5I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. 5/5Within a couple of weeks of receiving the phone, the back camera stopped working. I contacted customer service, was asked to send the phone back, and a new (refurbished) phone was sent immediately. No prevaricating, no discussion, case closed. 4.1/5I really needed a new phone as my old iPhone was getting hard to hear out of. I recently purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and a little disappointed. The Midnight Green color is really nice! However, upon typing the phone is really delayed. You almost have to double tap. I’m still getting to know the phone but for now, the slowness is the only thing I can find wrong. 4.4/5I’m not sure yet what to think. The phone works so far. It was upgraded for free from 256GB to 512GB which was a pleasant surprise. The only issue so far is the battery. It seems that it is not an apple battery because the phone can’t measure the capacity so I’m kind of in the dark right now on that. Im guessing it’s a new battery but what’s the quality if it’s not Apple? I’m hoping that I wasn’t upgraded on storage capacity just to get rid of a lemon disguised as a good gesture. The last phone I got from Back Market was great until I drove my truck over it on accident so I have confidence that this will be a good phone also. I would just like to know some details on the battery. 4.9/5Very good quality and I still use it till this day. Lol I’m using it right now, as I’m typing the review. The product came clean, crisp, no scratches and no dents. Very sturdy product. It’s almost as if I bought it directly from the Apple Store. Very good quality Fs. 4.1/5Overall satisfaction with my phone. I bought “fair condition” which I expected dents etc. The actual phone has one small scratch on the screen barely noticeable and small scratches on the case. Again no biggie to me. My only complaint is the battery life is not the 2w fat I expected. It has 75% capacity which is what advertised but I guess I didn’t think that was a big deal. 4.9/5Everything was great except the top speaker that you would use for a phone call is pretty quiet even with the volume turned all the way up but I use my AirPods for almost every phone call anyways so that’s not a big issue at all for me. 4.6/5Update to my issue: The seller has refused to repair the phone. I only had the $350 phone for two weeks. It keeps restarting on its own. Neither the seller nor backmarket is willing to help me. I was at least expecting them to say I would have to pay for the repair but that wasn't even an option. Unfortunately having issues with the phone, but on the plus side both BackMarket and the Seller are working with me to solve the issue. As it is not resolved yet I can't say anything further at this time. Except the value of the phone is great and the phone was delivered as promised. Thank you.
