5/5My new iPhone 14 Pro Max is working perfectly. I am completely satisfied with it. I would like some information on whether my iPhone 14 still has some water resistance. I understand that once a phone is opened for repair or reconditioning, we can no longer assume that it has the same water resistance it had when it was new. But is it likely to have retained at least some of its original resistance? In any case, I plan to keep this phone far away from any bodies of water. Figuring out how to provide the information BackMarket requires for me to be paid for the iPhone I am replacing was difficult, but I believe I finally figured that out. 5/5I would never guess this is a refurbished phone! This phone is amazing and perfect. The battery last so long, I can almost go 2 days without charging it. 5/5I was leary about buying refurbished. I asked around and discovered three of my friends had purchased from Back Market. It was scary to spend a good amount of money on a phone and not get to touch it and try it out. Welllllll….i was blown away with how nice my phone is!! 4/5The iPhone I purchased looks AMAZING—no scratches, looks brand new! Of course the battery health isn't the best, but that was expected since it's refurbished. The packaging was okay, I think it could be better. I would have liked to see more branding on and inside the packaging to make it look more professional. It just felt like I had bought the phone from a random online seller and not through BackMarket, if that makes sense. Also, the iPhone came with a lightning to usb cable, which was odd because newer iPhones usually now comes with a usb-c to lightning cable, so I won't be using it as I have one of my own anyway. Overall, I would make a purchase through BackMarket again and I would definitely recommend it as these issues are very minor. One last thing, their customer support is great! I had paid for overnight shipping and somehow it got switched to two-day shipping and I received a refund of the shipping cost. 5/5I am Very Happy with this iPhone. I chose the Fair option for this iPhone 14 Pro Max. I figured that due to it being only a year old, it couldn’t be all that bad. :) Honestly, the only physical issue with this phone are the edges on the front and back. The metal is scratched up where the edges touched when set down. Nothing wrong with the cameras, though. Once in a case, it looks Perfect! Nothing wrong with the screen. The battery health is 97%. Everything functions perfectly. I haven’t purchased a new cellphone since the iPhone 3GS thanks to sites like Back Market.
