Selectable temperature feature is great. For those who didn't read the included instructions: 1. To turn it on-hit the top button marked 212 F (the temp water boils at). This will turn kettle on, bring water to a boil, then immediately turn off. 2. Hit 212 F, then any of the 3 lower Temps. This will turn Kettle on, bring water to boil, hold water at 2nd temp for 30 minutes, then turn off. 3. To turn kettle off: hit 212 F again and all led lights and kettle will turn off. 4. Red led means temp selected, blue led means temp reached, no led means off.

As usual, the experience with Back Market was excellent. Fast shipping and the toaster oven was exactly as expected.
Overall we love the toaster oven. The air frying capability is great, I tried it out with some breaded chicken cutlets. It's fast and has lots of functions and enough space which is something I was worried about (our last toaster oven was bigger). There's one tiny nitpicky thing we don't like - we miss having the magnetized door so the rack comes out automatically when you open the door, a feature this toaster oven does not have. Otherwise - highly recommend!
