This is the 2nd Samsung smartphone we bought from Back Market. This Samsung Galaxy S21 5g Unlocked 256gb was listed as Fair condition and besides the few scratches on the back of phone, you would have never known it was a refurbished phone.

I was in the market for a new phone and was very seriously considering taking out one of those "loans" from Smart Pay so I could purchase a decent phone. That was until my coworker told me about Backmarket.com! I was very hesitant at first about ordering a refurbished phone but once I did some research, I decided to take a chance and I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB in Phantom Violet, "Good Condition". My new phone arrived this morning and OMG - I am absolutely BLOWN away!!! It looks fantastic! There are hardly ANY visible scratches except for one small one on the front (the back looks flawless), it was extremely easy to transfer over from my old phone, delivery was super quick, and I just simply cannot express how HAPPY I am with my purchase! I am beyond grateful to have found Backmarket.com! I will update/write another review in about 1-2 weeks once I have had a chance to REALLY see what this phone is all about. But like I said, at first glance, I AM ECSTATIC! Thank you, Backmarket!!!

I would say that finding out about back market has been amazing to me. I got an S21G 5G Unlocked from Cellfeee (I chose excellent condition) and it has just been a free gift from cellfeee and back market. The phone was delivered sooner than it was proposed and the phone was really in excellent condition, I have searched to see a scratch on the phone but I haven't seen any. I have been enjoying for about 2 weeks now and there haven't been any issue, infact my phone looks brand new, people don't know that I got it as a refurbished product. I will certainly always by from back market as it just saved me hundreds of dollars and also I would always check out products from cellfeee as they have just proven their reputation to me. I got an amazing product with a token (with respect to quality of product). Thank you back market and also cellfeee for keeping your word. I will keep buying from you.

Was delivered in timely manner and physically looks excellent. The characters on the right side of the screen repeat when typing as did my last refurbished phone. Assuming its a defect from an aftermarket display. Its too much of a pain to remove everything and return it. So, I'll just deal with it. Still a great deal.
