I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro, and I bought the "good" condition. When it arrived, the phone looked AMAZING except for 2 little scratches on the screen (as expected). The funny thing is, when I was taking off a screen protector that I put on it (I messed up with it), a SECOND screen protector came off as well! The two scratches that I saw were on the screen protector that was already there. I have no clue whether or not the refurbisher put that protector on, but either way, I got my phone in amazing condition, with the added bonus of no scratches on the body or the screen.

I got this phone as a Christmas present (knowing it was refurbished, I helped pick it out) and it has been working excellently! Bill + Ted would be most proud of it. The camera is amazing, the screen was in perfect condition, battery life is great- if someone else used my phone, they would never know it was refurbished. Happy to save (my parent’s) money and help reduce electronic waste on the planet. :) will definitely be getting future phones from here!

I know it's not Back Market that's refurbishing and selling these. But I bought 3 iPhone 12 128gb good condition in the last month. The first one I forgot I had an account and bought it with my other email, they were out of stock and I had to wait to be refunded. I got into my original account and ordered one through backmarket from certified direct, good condition. It has a 2-3" scratch across the screen. I returned it and waited to get refunded to buy the 3rd one, which was more expensive each time for the same thing. 3rd one was in better condition but had some scratch marks on the screen which is not what is classified as good condition, which I paid for, so I returned that one. 4th one I bought was a iphone12 pro and I selected excellent condition. it looks good, has 87% battery life. Finally I am happy, this was a gift I was giving for christmas. If back market is going to classify 'good condition' with not having scratches on the screen, the refurbishers need to keep that level of quality, not send something thats fair quality when you pay for good quality. The battery capacity shows 89%. I thought they replaced batteries when refurbishing. Phone also suffers the common iphone 12 affliction of low volume for notifications tones despite all volume options set at full. Thankfully the wifi connection to my hearing aids provides a workaround. Otherwise this product is excellent and fully meets my needs.
