I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone anywhere other than through Apple but the iPhone 13 mini was never available at the Apple Refurbished store, so after looking around I felt the most confident purchasing through Back Market.
The 13 mini I purchased arrived a couple of days early and I received notifications when it was going to be delivered so I'd be there to sign for it and the driver did require a signature.
The phone was exactly what I'd hoped for and now I feel a little silly being so worried about it. I will buy from Back Market again.

Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

Upgraded from iPhone 8+ to iPhone 13 Pro. Double my memory. Most importrant, the photo lenses make all the difference in the world.

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time.
I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone!
The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery!
But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process.
