I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do!
So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. And the price was right — I wasn’t about to drop more than a couple hundred bucks (max!) on a twelve year old girl… not once, not never! Lol
Anyway, that’s exactly what happened. I ordered her a iPhone SE (2020) and waited for a reaction. She LOVED it. Wouldn’t stop showing me all the “cool apps she just got” and blah blah blah… ok ok — !! So, I ordered the exact same one! Couldn’t be happier.
I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing.
Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter.
Oh, and I was surprised how FAST they both showed up. T ...

I was initially a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished phone online because I was worried about the battery health. But to my surprise, battery health shows 100%, phone looks very decent for "good" condition, and the delivery was quick and painless. Overall, a great experience.

The phone looks great and is operating just fine. I spent some time researching exactly which phone I wanted, and then found it. I got an extended warranty in case the battery doesn't last, or anything else goes wrong. I'm glad I had the option of getting a refurbished phone!
