Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

I was nervous because I didn’t think buying a refurbished used phone was going to be worth it. This is a lot of money we are talking about. I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and sadly got the last color available for this price. It has 1000 GB of storage and some reviews talk about the battery life not being 100%. I got mine and that was the first thing I checked after looking at the exterior (the outside of the phone isn’t cracked, it’s perfect. There’s a little bit of dirt in the speakers but the phone is used what do I expect) anyways the battery life is at 100% thankfully. Everything works good, sometimes my phone is laggy but it might be because it carries so much storage and data. I’ve had it for a week, but I’m so happy with my purchase. I think I got very lucky.
