The 5 stars (super smiley face) are for Back Market. Awesome experience with an awesome company.
I'd give the product 3 stars because the galaxy buds2 pro themselves are subpar for how expensive they are. I suspect it has nothing to do with Back Market and everything to do with Samsung.
I've tried all the eartips that come with the buds as well as several aftermarket options. The closest I came to an eartip that fits (and doesn't constantly fall out) are ones made by Comply. Even those didn't fully solve the problem, but at least the buds are more practical for exercising now. Overall, the sound quality is great, but the buds just don't stay in very well.
I would definitely recommend Back Market. Not so sure about the Galaxy buds2 pro though.

Received way earlier than expected, it came with the original packaging too, I was expecting the case to be black, but I got white, which is completely fine by me. No scratches whatsoever on the case too. For the earphones themselves, it looks brand new, not sure if it's even used, it's super clean,no scratches or dirt or anything. I got extra pairs of ear tips, once I switched to the smallest one, it produced a perfect seal on my ears. Battery life is great too, as advertised, and the sound quality is phenomenal, ANC and ambient mode are a very good addition, though I doubt I will use it. I'm so glad I found this haha

My first pair of buds and they're awesome. Battery lasts a long time and functionality is like new. I've grown tired of running to the store for a pair of wired earbuds that only lasted maybe a month. Now, I just pop these in and I'm on my way to doing whatever I was doing in the moment.
