I am so ecstatic to have found Back Market. I love all of how the company operates. My phone shipped to me lightening fast. I got a perfect Galaxy S10+ which I bought because I am an audiophile and wanted a superior sounding phone with a phone jack. It is better than I hoped it would be. Buying refurbished is just like having a new phone. I am not contributing to the e-waste of it all. I recycled my old phone with this company as . I could not be happier.

Everything was fine--I'm a newbie to smartphones in general, so feel very much like a babe in the woods still, but the experience I had with BackMarket was great, and the phone seems to be a peach. I would urge anyone to forgo buying a new phone unless they truly have a reason to do so, and save the planet a tad by going with a good refurbished phone from BackMarket. They seem to back their products and follow up--kind of unheard of these days.

I have not had a S10 before so I can't say I'd the battery is new or not but it seems to Last a short time (compared to a moto g power). Probably just the phone. The rest of my complaints are with the phone it's self not how back market refurbished it. I will be buying from them again!

I am definitely satisfied with my refurbished phone purchase. I believe mine was supposed to be in fair condition. My phone came looking brand new, and deliver was fast. I will definitely keep buying refurbished phones from backmarket.com. You can't compare this value to buying new. The savings are unbelievable.
