I'm surprised at the "Good" condition is something it's in what I would consider excellent. They work perfect, look great. I love these earbuds. The sound is amazing and they fit really well and don't fall out. I paid for "good" quality, but the only flaw is a tiny micro scratch on the case. I got the "Good" condition. They frequently have a crackly sound, seemingly like a loose connection, shooting back and forth between left and right sides. I finally realized that the problem goes away when I turn off "365 Audio" and now it's okay. The product didn't work properly. Sent them back to be repaired or exchanged, but since a faulty product was sent originally I'm skeptical about the quality of what I'll be sent back.
