The laptop holds up very well for being from 2017! I was able to install Windows 11 and the experience is very smooth. The keyboard is very nice and is even backlit! I am very satisfied with this computer!

I bought this as a Grade B. It looks, and functions like a brand new computer. Very happy not just with the computer, but with the price I paid for it.

The first order from eN-Tech they sent the wrong processor model. I returned the order then got another laptop from eN-Tech around the same price in fair condition and when it arrived it was dirty and the usb port a port on the left side had the plastic caving in. It was not dented, it was cracked, the plastic was broken. That doesn’t line up with the condition standards defined by backmarkets website where they say dents and scratches. The AC charger also has white goop on it, it looks like paint or glue. Overall the laptop and charger did not seem clean and the laptop was slightly damaged. I hope my next order I’ll have a better experience.
