I bought 2 of these chromebooks for my kids for school.. I chose Fair condition on both, but when my package arrived, both laptops looked almost brand new! I'm talking, there wasn't even a scratch on either one of them. And what a GREAT PRICE! Omg! Also, my package came very fast with NORMAL shipping..Within about 4 days or so, and that's including the weekend. I was fortunate enough to have to speak with customer service, but I'm sure they are great, too. I love this app ♥️
