I got exactly what was described. Except the included DP cable was not the correct cable. It needed to be a mini-dp port for the laptop connection. Other than that, the machine appears to be in good working order. It's clean, and for all intents and purposes appears practically brand new. No significant mars, scratches or blemishes anywhere. Ran out of the box, no problem. Win10 Booted fine. But then I tried to hit the internet. The infamous Xfinity / msftconnecttest.com loop reared it's ugly head. Trying to force an Xfinity app download to my laptop / phone. Then the Google blackmail scheme to get my phone number...NO THANDS! This little problem isn't a result of the purchase or the installer. It's a Microsoft, Google, Xfinity collaborative scheme to extort data i.e. phone numbers. But it can only work by using Xfinity's DNS. Intead use Cisco's DNS i.e. 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220. Then 'viola' all things internet are now visible. Backmarket & the seller PrimeTimeBuys were perfect in executing the purchase. The laptop could have been packaged better.
