The tablet seems great - I have not had Samsung before so there is a good deal more to learn. It would be better if a tablet will not arrive with the pen to not show the pen in the information about it. Not a problem for me because I do not need the pen. But good business policy to show only what will be received.

Honestly really impressed. The product came will all of the accessories I would expect from the new version. The S-pen was even included. I wasn't sure that would be the case. I'll definitely order from here again.

Not only did I receive the wrong charging cable for the tablet, I was sent a 128 gb instead of the ordered 256 gb. Customerservice has ghosted me at this point. Now I have no tablet, no money, and no idea when this will be resolved.
