The phone is great, good quality. I'm pretty displeased because the charger cable seemed to be from a very poor quality and it never worked. On my last BackMarket purchase, a macbook air, they didn't ship me any charger at all and, although I received some money as a reimbursement, buying myself a charger costed more. Since this is the second time I get trouble with the charger of the main product, I'm not happy at all with this recurring issue.

Maybe I got a dud but the battery life on this was very bad and the firmware not very much. But talking to customer service it was easy, I was not really happy with the phone so they took down some notes and sent the phone back. Overall I will do business again with BackMarket again mainly for the prices, quality, and customer service.

Ordered this phone in "excellent" condition and it came just as that in about 3 . I ordered it unlocked popped in my sim card and it works great. Had it for a couple weeks and no issues so far. My only complaint is they sent me an iPhone cord 🤷

Phone works great. "Good" condition, but it came with a few scratches on the screen. Generally the phone looks great with very few scratches on the body. Shipping was very fast.

Oh So Not Orange At All. The phone that arrived is all black instead of orange like in the picture. It works fine I don't plan to return it but I am disappointed.
