The phone is great, good quality. I'm pretty displeased because the charger cable seemed to be from a very poor quality and it never worked. On my last BackMarket purchase, a macbook air, they didn't ship me any charger at all and, although I received some money as a reimbursement, buying myself a charger costed more. Since this is the second time I get trouble with the charger of the main product, I'm not happy at all with this recurring issue.

Arrived with the screen protector still on, as if brand new. The charger was solid, also wrapped if brand new. It was dead upon arrival, but charged up fast. Be aware it does not come with the transfer adaptor, so data transfer needs to be done via bluetooth, but a very good phone for the cost.

Ordered this phone in "excellent" condition and it came just as that in about 3 . I ordered it unlocked popped in my sim card and it works great. Had it for a couple weeks and no issues so far. My only complaint is they sent me an iPhone cord 🤷

This is a great phone. I purchased my first Pixel 4 2 months ago after dropping my previous Pixel in water. I decided to get the protection plan and then dropped the Pixel 4 and cracked the screen! I had my new phone is 3 days, sent my old phone in and had my refund within hours of dropping it off at the UPS Store. Both phones were in mint condition and work great!

This is my first time buying from Back Market and I was ready to love the company; I fully support reducing e-waste and buying refurbished items. However, the phone I received does not function properly. It turns itself off after about 10 seconds of being idle. Or sometimes it cycles, restarting itself over and over. I'm disappointed. While I would be willing to give it another try (maybe I just got unlucky?) and request a replacement, I'll have to simply request a refund because I live in Hawaii, and Back Market does not ship to Hawaii. I had to have my order shipped to someone in CA who was coming to Hawaii, but that won't work for a replacement. I'd need to have it shipped to Hawaii, and since that's not an option, this will remain my one attempt at using Back Market.
