My phone got run over by a car and I couldn't help but panic a little. You guys had my phone to me in 3 days and it works perfectly. The battery life seems to be identical to my old Google pixel . I'm happy with it.

Wow! Just got my phone today and I couldn't be more impressed so far by the entire buying experience through Back market! Super easy transaction, my new phone came early (if you can believe it!) and in the exact condition as advertised. Condition was better than good. I would have listed it as flawless! Battery life is good for a 3 yr. old device. This 4XL replaces my original 4XL that bit the dust last week. Everything was as advertised except the speaker for the speaker phone and ringer does not work very well. I have gone through troubleshooting and even listened to other Pixel 4 XL phones to make sure that the one I got was different. This is the only issue however, everything else works like new.
