The phone is in great condition except for arguably the most important component, the USB-C input which has clearly visible damage to the tiny male connector inside. Phone seems to charge as it should but charging cable doesn't 'click' in like it should. Good experience overall but I feel the charging port should be in excellent condition on every phone you guys sell, period. It'd be great if your refurbishers prioritized this critical component.

Shipping could've been a bit faster. And the item was described as Top Shelf but it wasn't. The back hard a mark from what seemed to be a pop socket or some other sort of mount. And also some scotch tape residue. Thankfully this was on the back and is not noticable with the phone case on. But I do appreciate they included a charger box and cable.

I have to remind myself that I'm not using a new phone. Everything from the touch screen to overall functioning is top notch. The most pleasant surprise has been how long the battery lasts! I was previously skeptical about buying refurbs/used phones online and went to a shop so I could actually test the phone, looked fine at first check but later there were issues. With backmarket's cheap protection plan that issue is resolved as well. I've already recommended this to another friend and will be using this service again for sure. All the best to the team!

The phone was delivered as described (condition was as described) and worked for me out of the box. I liked the status updates sent each day so I j knew where the phone was in the delivery process. My only disappointment (which is not a blackmarket black mark!) was that Google no longer provides updates for that model. I should have checked myself.
