I previously ordered various items from Backmarket and always condition was as advertised. This time I ordered Pixel 4a 5g in Excellent condition. In fact I got the device with unglued camera frame from back cover and lots of dust\dirt on the camera lenses. Most likely will continue ordering from backmarket but definitely not from this refurbisher. The positive moment is that delivery took only 2 days.

Item has a few dings on the sides of the phone (as expected with a refurbished phone) but got a phone case and looks like new. Shipping time was expected. I was a little nervous about packaging when I saw it. UPSP, UPS, FedX, US Postal, etc. are very rough with the packages. For example, when I shook the box to check shipping quality the charger knocks around. I mistook it as the phone which gave the impression of poor packaging. I assume the white box it came in was designed by Google. I didn't like the phone being at the very top with a thin piece of cardboard separating it from the charger and the box lid protecting it from the packaging envelop. If there was some kind of thin bubble wrap for the phone it would better protect any potential scratches and dings from a rough delivery. I think tapping the box shut would be another good way to further ensure nothing happens to the phone just in case the packaging doesn't survive that long. Otherwise very pleased with performance and functions for only $100 including shipping! Have been and will continue to recommend people to this website!

The phone came on time in excellent shape. I bought a Google pixel 4a 5g. My last phone was a Motorola stylus 5g. The reception on the stylus compared to pixel was allot better but I like the pixel. I kinda got a hobbies w phones, I buy one and switch out for awhile. The pixel was worth the $.It works in excellent condition and received on time, 3days.
