Was super hesitant. Probably read every single review on the website I was so nervous about buying a refurbished phone. It was a Christmas gift for my mom and she loves it. No scratches, charges completely and works like a charm. Stop thinking about it and just do it.

Got my unlocked, refurbished Pixel 6 about a week ago. It arrived earlier than promised. Looks like new. I transferred apps, etc from my Pixel 3 via direct cable. Activated the phone with my carrier by transferring the SIM card (eSIM did not work but it seems to be a carrier issue). Some apps did not transfer with all data but I think that's an app issue (Outlook for Android for example). It's only been a short time but everything is looking great. Major savings over buying a brand new phone.

I love the products available at Black Market. I loved my Google Pixel 5. This recent purchase is a Google Pixel 6. The apps are working fine. I am concerned about the battery life which does not last a full day when fully charged. Still looking for solutions after following all the help suggestions recommended by Back Market's online support articles.

I was very skeptical when purchasing a phone on back market just because a unlocked phone says it's unlocked. Doesn't mean it will work with all carriers. However, I was very surprised and quite slightly shocked that when I received my phone it almost looked like a brand new Google pixel 6 pro. And compared to the price that I paid for the phone talk about a steal. Something more than a deal I got on this device. It runs smooth. It's beautiful. However, finding screen protectors might be a little frustrating for me at least after going through three screen protectors that said they were for Google pixel 6 pro but did not fit the Google 6 pro. But that did not stop me because I was able to find the right size screen protector. Let's just say I'm very more than happy with my device and the choice I used when it came to purchasing a device from backmarket.

Very surprised at the quality of the mid tier phone option. They're only a few micro scratches barely visible on the screen. Now that I covered them with a screen protector they disappeared entirely. Definitely impressed with my purchase. I will definitely be back next time a need a phone. Battery life is great too!

First impressions are great! I paid for a phone in fair condition and received exactly that. Some minor scratches on the device body and screen, but I put on a new screen protector and phone case on it 5 minutes after opening the package so those things have literally disappeared. Out of site, out of mind for me. Device works great and is a major upgrade to the almost 5 year old phone I had with a pretty bad cracked screen. Will 100% use BackMarket in the future.
