packaging minimal but device arrived in good shape. Only concern is battery life is on the rather short end. Since this unit is refurbished and I don't have experience with a new unit, I'm unable to comment on wether this is a pixel issue or a previous owner issue. Otherwise pleased with the phone.

Delivery process was shaky at the start with FedEx marking the package as "delivered" though I never received anything until two days later. Luckily, customer service was quick to be on top of the case and ensure I received the package. The phone itself is in remarkable condition with no issues. The fingerprint scanner works, connects to data/wifi/Bluetooth, set up barely took 10 mins, and no issues with the camera. Only saw one small scratch on the back, but other than that the phone is flawless. I would recommend purchasing on here, but going for excellent quality is a must unless you like taking risks.
