Verified purchaseMy phone got here in excellent condition and everything was legit. I connected it and set it up everything seems to be working the way it should be. Thank you for the phone

Verified purchasePhone died completely within two weeks of receiving it, despite being the most expensive "Premium Refurbished" option. I was out of town with no way to access my airline, hotel, or other information. I was also unable to contact Back Market to figure out what to do, as my phone was my only means of contacting them. I was forced to repair the phone at my own expense. Now, because it was repaired Back Market says my return claim is denied, they will not reimburse for the repair or refund the purchase, and there is nothing they can do to assist me. Between the phone cost and the repair I have substantially more invested in this refurbished phone than a new phone would have cost.

Verified purchaseI mean the phone is great and it is 512GB, but it is not Black which is the color I ordered.... Not sure what that's about Also it did not come with the OEM USB C charging cable, came with a cheap USB A to C cable which made transferring my old phones data extremely difficult

Verified purchaseI received the wrong item. I started the return and sent it back days ago, but still haven't received an update. I keep trying to find someone to talk to about getting what I paid for, but it keeps cycling me back to animated nonsense that gets me nowhere.

Verified purchaseThe phone was supposed to be unlocked but it’s not because the phone isn’t paid off by the original owner

Here’s what you help prevent on average by choosing a reborn smartphone over a brand new one.
That's like driving an SUV from NYC to Chicago.
That’s around the weight of a baseball.
That's like 20 dogs digging in your yard for a week.
That's like running a faucet for 3 days
