Was super excited about the price as well as being able to get some projects started, only to be disappointed due to the fact that the original owner either forgot or just didn't care enough to factory reset the device and remove their password. Now I'm unable to download apps or even customize the product. I've tried everything but my only option is to return it and purchase another one.
