Great experience, I was need a newer ipad that was larger. Super satisfied with purchase, delivery, and activation. I have bought from Walmart and Amazon and have had to return their devices. I will be sharing this as an option to others! I need this for school to take notes. I use good notes, also pinterest and Reddit absolutely popp on this device. My generic pen totally works with it.

The body Arrived in slightly worse condition than good but the screen was flawless and back-market offered a slight partial refund. Accepted it to not gamble with the exchange process Overall very happy with my bday present

I enjoy my new iPad. My only complaint is the speakers were seemingly dirty and my microphone is hard to hear when on FaceTime. I’ve had people tell me I sound very far away even after attempting to clear away the residue. Aside from that, everything is functional, minor scratches which aren’t noticeable especially when you have a cover on it anyway. Good purchase.

The iPad is great! The reason why I’m giving it a 4 star review is because of the delivery process. FedEx was terrible. They made delivery so complicated and it took 4 extra days to get my amazing iPad. I would suggest in the future use UPS to deliver items.

BABYYYYY! When I say Back Market did their biggest one with this. I had a 2015 iPad before this one and she held on as long as she could, but baby, this new iPad is the truthhhhhh! When I say she is everything I needed and then some. Thank you, Back Market! First purchase; forever customer here!

The item shipped quickly after I ordered it. Overall, it seems to be working well for the drawing programs I got it for without heating up. However, the screen has a small crack on the very edge, which does not impact drawing but is a bit misleading for "excellent" condition.
