My refurbished iPhone 11 came in excellent condition and it works just like a brand new iPhone. The shipping time was quick. The only downside was that the charging cord that came with it doesn’t charge my new phone properly and if the cord was bumped it would stop charging. I did have my other Apple charging cord with me and it charges my iPhone 11 just fine.

I purchased the lowest quality possible for the iPhone 11 since I am on a budget. overall the screen looks great and the battery life is great with some minor scratches on the corners of the phone. The shipping was incredibly fast which is also nice. My only very minor complaint is that there are very tiny specks of black on the bottom left corner which appear to be dead pixels. They are not noticeable unless you’re looking at a completely white screen, and there is just a few of them that are like grains of salt size. This doesn’t affect the performance of the phone and is only a minor detail that doesn’t take much away from the fact that i got this phone for a magnificent deal and is a huge upgrade for me from my old s9. I have already recommended this to my eco conscious friends as a great website to buy refurbished goods for cheap.

I recently purchased an iPhone 11 128GB in purple from BackMarket.com for my teenage daughter's birthday. The phone was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I received my refurbished iPhone 11 a couple days earlier than I anticipated and am very pleased with the entire process and the phone itself. I ordered one in "good" condition and it looks brand new. It was very well packaged. Initially, I opted for refurbished as I had a used iPhone 6s for the last 4 years that was given to me by a friend who upgraded. It still works well and I plan to donate it to a shelter. We switched cellular services (right after I figured out how to use it, lol) and everything went without a hitch. Loved the service, the phone and the company's sense of humor. Would definitely use again.

I was super skeptical about buying a refurbished phone because I thought it was a scam. I did intensive research about the website :I scroll through reviews everyday and watch countless YouTuber reviews about backmarket.com. . After weeks of doing my research on what phone I wanted , I proceeded to to purchase the iPhone 11 256 under 400 $. I chose “good” because I didn’t wanted that new . When my phone arrived , I inspected it . It’ was as if I had purchase from the stored branded . It’s didn’t really have any scratches . It was good as new . I’m super content with my phone 📱. I literally save $400 dollar . I will no longer be purchasing new phone from the store ! Waste of money . Refurbished phone from the backmarket is the way to go.
