Very satisfied with my purchase! I chose an iPhone 12 mini in good condition after debating whether or not to go with excellent instead. I usually order refurbished phones directly from the Apple site but was on a tighter budget this time. The phone arrived several days earlier than expected. Besides some very minor dings around the front edges, the phone seems to be in near perfect condition. Setup went smoothly and I’ve had no issues with the phone at all. I’ll definitely order from Back Market again!

Very happy with this phone (iPhone 12 mini). Had to buy and return multiple phones from other refurbishers on Back Market before finding this gem. The phones I returned were either “good” or “excellent” quality, but they came with screen scratches, or the phone was half the storage amount it was supposed to be, or there were non-Apple parts (screen, battery) that aren’t recommended. To avoid getting non-Apple parts, I went with a “fair” level, thinking they wouldn’t have put a new screen and battery into a “fair” phone. The gamble paid off - the phone is absolutely pristine and it still has its Apple screen and battery. Very pleased with this refurbisher!

I ordered an iPhone 12 mini 128 GB in excellent condition from the refurbisher JemJem. This phone’s appearance is indeed excellent with no scratches on the screen or back. However, I am disappointed that the battery level is at 83% and needs to be replaced soon. I personally believe that “excellent” should mean near full battery health in addition to aesthetics. I have bought iPhones from other refurbishers and they had better battery capacity.

The iPhone 12 mini 128GB looks as good as new, I cannot tell that it was refurbished. I those "excellent condition" and indeed this one was. Battery is at 86%, price was good, iPhone arrived fairly quickly and a day earlier than promised. Happy customer, will buy from BackMarket again.

I purchased the iPhone 12 mini black, excellent condition. I will say it was in perfect condition overall. there were a few very super microscopic scratches on the screen, but it doesn’t really matter because you don’t notice them. I will also say on the left side of the screen next to the very edge theres these weird little like bubble looking things I think it was from when they just opened up the phone to fix it up but it’s not obvious unless you really try to look for it and when the screen is on you can’t even tell. the mic is good. It takes in audio very well and I know that from when I listen with my AirPods, but the speaker on the phone is not so great and doesn’t go that loud. It’s not dirt in the speaker, the speaker is just bad (but if I send someone a vid and they play it on their device it sounds good) but the mic is good so no complaints on that. I will say the phone dies somewhat fast (my battery health is 82%) but it also charges super super fast. Besides all these minor imperfections, I will see the phone is excellent and the camera quality is amazing and all these minor defects do not really affect my use with the phone so overall I really recommend the refur ...
