    Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

    I ordered an iPhone 13 in very good condition and it didn't disappoint. I looks like a brand new phone and had a battery health of 99%! I'm happy I saved money with refurbished and feel like I got a brand new phone.

    When I got the iPhone 13 they had a great deal when buying it good. When the phone came it looked brand new, and it came with a charger and a sim tray removing pin. The charger that comes with this phone is decent, but you will need to buy one if you have a fast charging adapter. As for the phone, I was expecting for it to have plenty of scratches, but it only had one small scratch that disappeared after putting a screen protector. For the battery health, I was excited when I saw the battery health was at 100%. A month of use, and this phone has been smooth, bright and everything that you would expect out of this phone, I couldn't be more satisfied in buying refurbished tech, thanks Backmarket!

    Much unlike my first purchase with back market (different seller) I am very satisfied with this one! I purchased an IPhone 13 in excellent condition. There wasn’t a single flaw that met my eye when I received it. Shipping was fast too. The battery health reads 100%, sound, speakers and mic all work well too. Does not get hot while charging. Which id usually expect with refurbished devices. Feels factory! I connected it with my carrier the same day, no issues!

    I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 128GB, in “very good “ condition. I received the phone in a week. There was a charging cord and the new phone in the package. The phone looked new. It was in excellent condition in appearance. I had no trouble working the new phone, but some frustration with the old one while transferring my information. The battery life was at 87%, but has not given me any trouble in my use or when charging. It last the whole day with normal use. I have been using the new phone for about a month now and so far I am pleased with my purchase. I will try to update my review, if allowed, in a couple months. Very glad I tried back market.
