This new (refurbished) Iphone 13 Pro is great. Size is very compatible with my needs (especially pockets, cameras and microphone and speaker are very good quality. Transferring all my stuff from old IPhone 11 to this was so easy. Thanks to Back Market for all their help making this possible.

The phones exceeded my expectation. I ordered them in excellent condition and they looked brand new and operated like new when I received them. I have bought 3 refurbished phones from BackMarket and have been very pleased with their products and customer service.

I thought something was wrong with my 13 pro before, but after I bought another one for a family member it is very noticeable. I purchased a premium quality phone because I wanted a brand new battery but I'm pretty sure my screen was replaced with one that does not support apples pro-motion. The new phone I purchased recently for a family member is an excellent quality and noticeably faster in the screen refresh and scrolling through apps and up and down in settings is much smoother, even though we have the exact same phone. Really disappointed that something like this might have slipped through because the whole reason I got the 13 pro was for the pro-motion and it does not even have it. Bought multiple devices through back market and love the quality I get from here, however this time I guess the refurbisher did not think it would be an issue. I would look into the quality of who refurbishes your products because it looks like some are cutting corners to save money and hoping no one will notice. Well I did.

My phone looks and functions great! So glad I chose to go the back market route instead of dealing with my phone carrier. The only negative I experienced was that I payed for two day shipping and got it three days later than the two day promised window. I did order right around Christmas though, so I understand that things could’ve gotten backed up. Still, I definitely recommend both back market and the shop that did the refurbishment.

couldn’t be happier with my refurbished iPhone 13 Pro! It looks and feels brand new, with no visible scratches or dents. The battery life is excellent, the performance is super fast, and the camera quality is top-notch. I was a little hesitant about getting a refurbished phone, but this one exceeded all my expectations. A fantastic value for the price—highly recommend!

This was one of two phones I purchased in the same transaction, the other being an older iPhone 12 Pro. Both were from the ‘Excellent’ category. According to the website descriptions of the 4 condition categories, this phone I got is the lowest condition for Body - that of fair. A label on the wrapping, on which were some of the test results after refurbishing, listed the battery percent at 85%. Only 5% more than the guaranteed minimum, and this for an ‘Excellent’ category phone. But BM stood by their service and after photo evidence refunded the price difference between Body conditions Excellent and Fair. For that, I'd use BM again for future purchases.
