I’ve made 3 Black Market purchases in recent years to buy an iPad and IPhones for my kids and all have a been a great experience. The items arrived quickly and in the great condition that I had selected and all worked perfectly. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely purchase from Back Market again.

The phone is working great so far and it was so much cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I had a minor issue with getting payment from trading in my old phone and support took a day to respond but were extremely caring and responsive after their first reply.

Prices can fluctuate, so if you see what you want at the right price---get it! That said, the phone I ordered was rated as a B+ grade, but it appears near perfect to me. I've had it not quite a month and it's been great so far.
