Delivered as advertised. Overall condition was better than I expected, and the phone performed well once booted up and the data transfer from my old phone was completed. Process for sending in my old (version 15) phone was easy, thus reducing the cost for my overall investment. I couldn't afford the price of a new I-phone 16, but this pre-owned one performed like a new one. I was quite pleased with both the phone and the way Back Market has simplified the entire process

I’ve been needing an upgrade but did not want to spend full retail price at Apple. This phone was my saving grace! Few dents on the corner but that is to be expected. Slap on a phone case and call it a day! It came in a timely manner and it’s everything I wanted in an upgrade from an XR. Thank you

I bought this item in excellent condition and it is so (thus far) perfect. No imperfection, no scratches, cameras work beautifully, and it even came with a screen protector and a wireless charger. Couldn’t even tell the difference from a premium phone- 10/10 would recommend 🤩

Perfect, Full battery and started right up! The color is more vibrant on the pictures, but my 16 is teal from apple and it’s softer in person too! Would buy from here again
