I received this item within a day or so of ordering so shipping time is great. However, the phone could not be activated on my phone plan due to seemingly still be connected to a previous owner/phone number? I’ve been attempting to receive a refund after sending the item back within the timeframe stated but have received no further communication after the two business days I was quoted. This is a $900+ item that wasn’t able to use and now don’t have the money back. I won’t be using Backmarket again after my experience with this seller.
