The purchase and product were very good. I find the cell phone is too large for me to carry comfortably and I'd like to replace it with a flip phone similar to the Galaxy Z flip phone. Is there any way I can return the iPhone 6S Plus for some credit toward a new purchase? It's condition is exactly the same as when I purchased it. I even have a heavy duty Otter case for it. Thanks for any advice or help you can give me.

This phone is very good, I don't know where to begin. Delivery was fast. I just like older things, I think they were built better. I'm only sorry I didn't find out about this site earlier otherwise I'd have bought more from here than scouring the net for other places. Backmarket is very friendly and funny, and they sound like they care about the customer, something that is rare these days. I do have some minor criticisms because I'm a perfectionist and they are that well the packing was minimal, with only bubble wrap.. so it was a risky move if something heavier and pointy hit this object it would've been a goner. Also there were no accessories included whatsoever (you are also warned of this before purchase). You are responsible for buying your own charger, but you do get the cable for it. No headphones either. It would've been a nice touch to include these in an actual box (it doesn't have to be Apple originals - of course, mind you the added price). Also for an old phone (but good one) the price will climb towards almost $200 with tax, fees, (delivery is free I think) and all, I mean with that money you can get a good Xiaomi that is much more dynamic. The iPhone was in excellent condition (though described as good!) and the delivery was prompt. The only issue was that the battery health was at 82%. Obviously, this is still really good and I wouldn't return the iPhone because of it, but backmarket does promise 85% or higher battery health, and they need to find a way to make sure sellers adhere to their requirements.

Couldn't be any happier with this purchase! Back Market Rocks! I have already told several people about this site and will continue to do so. I purchased this phone for my husband, who hates phones, but needed one for work. He has previously only had an iphone6s at another job so I wanted close to same so he would be familiar with it's navigation and not get frustrated. I upgraded a tad to the plus for the bigger size. He was VERY sceptical about me ordering one online but I did my research and felt very comfortable about this company. After the very fast delivery and inspection of the phone He couldn't believe this wasn't a brand new phone or the low price I paid for it! My instincts about doing buisness with Back Market were right on! The phone is Primo and Husband says it's working great! iPhone 6s Plus 16 GB Rose Gold - Telus

All iPhone 6s Plus models have a 5.5 (diagonal) widescreen pressure-sensitive 3D Touch LED-backlit 1920x1080 native resolution (401 ppi) Retina HD display with IPS technology and a taptic engine, and dual cameras. The rear 12 megapixel, 4K iSight camera has 1.22 micron pixels, an f/2.2 aperture, support for simultaneous 4K video and 8 megapixel still photography, and optical image stabilization for both photos and video. The front 5 megapixel, 720p FaceTime camera is more modest in capability.

The iPhone 6s Plus uses a 7000 series aluminum housing and is available in four metallic color options -- silver, which has a white glass front and a silver colored back; gold, which has a white glass front and a gold colored back; space gray, which has a black glass front and a medium toned gray back; and rose gold, which has a white glass front and a pink-tinted gold colored back (pictured). It also packs a second generation Touch ID fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

The iPhone 6s Plus is powered by a 64-bit 1.85 GHz Apple A9 processor and has 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128 GB of flash storage (16 GB and 64 GB options discontinued and 32 GB option introduced on September 7, 2016). Apple estimates that the iPhone 6s Plus provides up to 80 hours of audio playback, 12 hours of talk time on 3G, 12 hours of Internet use on 3G, 12 hours of Internet use on LTE, 12 hours of Internet use on Wi-Fi, 14 hours of video playback and up to 16 days of standby time.
