I recently bought an iPhone SE (2016), sourced from Upgrade Solution. The phone is good, but the battery was crap. It arrived with a battery health of 76%. Rather than shipping the phone cross country twice (a week, 10 days turn around?), I took it to my local electronics maestro and got a new battery. I called Upgrade Solution, and within 2 minutes they agreed to credit me what I asked for! Needless to say, I'm one happy camper. Thanks, Russ

The item had some technical issues that seem to have resolved, though my confidence in its longevity is low. Specifically, the battery drains quickly and erratically despite an 86% capacity, and the battery display seems to not be accurate at times.

I had to return the first phone I bought. It was my mistake, I ordered the wrong model. They credited my card right away. I ordered a new phone and I received it rally dast. The time it took to return the first phone and receive the new one was only a week!

Seller is good. Nothing was wrong with the phone and condition was excellent as described. Battery was 97% healthy. The problem was my fault. The second day using the phone it fell into a cup of water,voiding the warranty. 2016 iPhone SE was not water resistant yet. The phone is dead and according to my tech pro,not worth fixing.
