Back market was great! But there’s a loophole somewhere My screen is aftermarket. I went to an Apple Store to discuss the problem with the touchscreen. They said it’s not apple so they won’t honor it and then I checked the writing for backmarket and the way I read it it’s not your problem So I paid quite a bit of money for a “refurbished” phone but it never worked as well as a stock phone. Countless calls to apple and research online to make my screen work better. In a perfect world. I’d love to get the same phone with a stock screen or a credit towards a different one. I thought it would have apple refurbished parts if it was repaired. And if it wasn’t it would work as good as the stock one. But since day 1 I’ve had issues with it and if you can find a solution that would be awesome and recommend to everyone. What can you do to make it right ?

My first time buying a refurbished iPhone. My iPhone arrived in an 4 business days. Condition is new. Not a single scratch on it. I bought the good condition iPhone. Could not be happier so far. I believe I saved nearly $500. I’ll definitely buy from back market in the future- unless this thing decides to explode and they don’t replace it. . I have a friend that works for a company that inspects returned iPhones and android phones. He said most of them are returned because someone was unhappy with the appearance, or functional design of the phone. So they are then sold as refurbished. All together with an apple silicone case I have $270 in my phone. Incredible deal and quality so far.

Love everything about my experience with Back Market! I was seriously unhappy about "upgrading" my iPhone 5, which, while old, was still working fine for my needs. Its forced obsolescence by the 5G minions meant new phone time. Back Market's extensive options allowed me to buy a refurbished SE that fully meets my needs instead of buying new + further contributing to landfill waste. Customer Service is 5/5 stars: hilarious, efficient and supremely customer centered. I was credited $10 when my delivery was delayed by the mail service--not even B M's fault! My new-to-me phone arrived in excellent condition, as promised, as did its protective case. I am delighted by Back Market's evident commitment to reducing waste, and excited to purchase all my electronics from this reliable company, which I've recommended to several friends already. This phone came in “good” condition but I would was say it was better. The only thing I saw was a slight a scratch on the home button, and that’s it. The battery is at 100%. The phone works great and I will definitely buy another refurbished phone again!

Was very pleased with the "Fair condition" iPhone SE (2022) 64GB. It looked brand new and worked perfectly. The charging cable did not arrive with the phone, but when I reached out to customer service, they were quick to respond and offer me several options for making it right. I was very impressed! My daughter has also recently ordered a phone from Back Market and she was also extremely pleased with her purchase! We would definitely recommend Back Market!!

My new iPhone SE (2022) is like new. The battery is in great condition as is the exterior. I swapped my SIM card and all is well. The charging cord was defective and I was offered a credit or replacement. All is well and I ordered a second phone for my spouse. Asked to add more to this review, I can report that last week I slipped stepping into a skiff and fell into the water (Maine in late November). My first thought was my phone is in my pocket. I shot up and out of the water before my friend could get to me, went home and rinsed the phone, which has continued to work perfectly. I looked it up; they are water resistant for 30 minutes at 1 meter. Mine was a little deeper, but for less than 15 seconds.
