I recently bought an iPhone SE (2016), sourced from Upgrade Solution. The phone is good, but the battery was crap. It arrived with a battery health of 76%. Rather than shipping the phone cross country twice (a week, 10 days turn around?), I took it to my local electronics maestro and got a new battery. I called Upgrade Solution, and within 2 minutes they agreed to credit me what I asked for! Needless to say, I'm one happy camper. Thanks, Russ

It sucks, 4" screen vs the 4.7" screen its supposed to be. I searched apple and they don't make a phone this size, can't get acase/protector for it. I have very large hands and am having problems using this phone. Been trying to return, your directions to do so are very ambiguous at best. If I figure out how to return I will order what I want!
