Couldn’t have made a better decision! I didn’t want the newest iPhone 14 and def didn’t want to pay over $1k for it. I just needed my iPhone XS Max replaced because the screen was busted. I was nervous buying a refurbished phone but so far, 3 weeks in, this replacement phone is working perfectly and it looked brand new out of its box! Love that you have 30 days to return as well. Great purchase, great company and quick shipping w no issues for me! Highly recommend and will def purchase from Back Market again!

I am happy with my first iPhone XsMax. My first smart phone was a Sony Xperia way back in 2013 and stayed with Sony as their camera quality is superb and photos are important to me. When most American phone carriers started dropping Sony my Sony became unusable as an actual phone. Many smart phones use Sony's tech for cameras and upon doing research I found I could afford a refurbished iPhone XsMax. The battery longevity isn't the best, but its not horrible. I wanted to get the iPhone 11 Max but not quite ready for the cost as other electronics have a higher priority. My iPhone is still getting all of the features that come with Apples newest iOS update 16.3.1. I know many older iPhones also got this update but not all the features. Apple discriminates often in this way and its a personal gripe for me, but obviously not enough to deter me from getting the phone. I really want the iPhone 13 Max but I will have to wait a couple of years for the price to come down as storage is also a huge component of why the cost is higher for me. I rocked LG smart phones (all offered storage increase via SD card slot) after my Sony and they served me well. But stopped making android phones and stop ...

The phone was good, overall. However, the refurbishing of this particular phone was incomplete. They missed the fact that the main speaker (the one used when you hold the phone to your ear like a normal phone) is broken or something. It seems to only produce 5-10 percent of the expected volume. I have been forced to use the phone in speaker mode and I feel like an idiot when I get a call in public. I am a rideshare driver so most of my calls are routed through the vehicle speakers, so I just decided to live with it, but I figured that you all should know about it. Even, with that issue, I am pretty happy with the purchase.

So far, I am pleased with my xs max. I am enjoying it more now that it has a case and more protection. I turn it off when not using and the battery lasted several days. I'll have a better idea in a few months but am thankful for refurbished products. Thank you.

So… I’ve been using this phone for a good 3 weeks and I can honestly say I have no complaints. The condition of the device is pretty great, almost like new! The battery life is good. Takes a little bit longer to charge up but once it is, it holds that charge throughout the day. Delivery was amazing! Arrived very early than the initial delivery estimate. Got it just 4 days after placing my order. So my overall satisfaction… 10 outta 10! If you’re gonna get a refurbished device to use for a little bit or even long term, I definitely recommend Back Market :)
