I received an excellent laptop. I'm very happy with my order, overall. Fast delivery. Cosmetics: I purchased a “good” quality and received a perfect laptop cosmetically. It pretty much looked like a new one (no scratches or wear and tear). The only way I could have known it’s used is by checking inside the ports, where they were a little dirty but totally ok. Specs: The specs mentioned on the website are not totally accurate. The laptop I received was even better than what was mentioned (e.g. I had Bluetooth, NVIDIA Quadro P520, etc.). Finally, I must say that the keyboard quality was amazing. Problems: The only downside was a shorter battery life (about 3.5 hours), and webcam not working (contacted the support team to deal with the issue)
