    I can’t deny that I was a little skeptical in ordering something refurbished. However “Back Market” made the experience quite simple. I bought a laptop with “excellent conditions” and it did not disappoint. The packaging was simple but protective it brought a charger and the wear a tear do-not show!!! It was in mint conditions and OS took normal time to setup overall. I am well satisfied and will definitely buy other items of interest. Good job guys!!!

    The laptop is good in condition except the charging port is a little flimsy because of excess use it looks like. Also, battery life is not too good. Goes for only 3 hours on a full charge. Moreover, thr laptop is not compatible to install Windows 11.
