    I've bought a laptop of "excellent" quality before and was very satisfied, but this most recent purchase was far from excellent. The keyboard was dirty and full of what looked like dandruff or skin flakes. Even after cleaning, some keys still had crunchy bits beneath them, and some keys were not usable. The usb-c input for power was extremely scratched up, and the body had marks. Super disappointed about the quality.
