    I received the product, it’s in good working order. You can’t beat the price. My only complaint is how utterly slow it operates! Now I am not able to update- so my other Apple products like my phone 14 plus, will not connect and is not compatible. So I am requesting assistance with this, I have no doubt there will be a speedy response and resolution to my query. I recommend and reference Backmarket any time I hear of some friend/family member looking for a new tech or phone! This is a great resource and reputable business I’d say!
