For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. ...

I love my refurbished 2020 Macbook air. It arrived in a couple of days after ordering and was just as described. I had hoped to send my old Macbook in for some money back but I bogged down in getting my data and apps transferred to the new computer. I'm old and I should have hired someone to do it for me instead of going down the rabbit hole! I plan to use BackMarket for a refurbished iphone next.

Everything works fine, connects to network well, was in very good condition. Had a few scratches but that was expected. Overall I appreciate the opportunity to help the planet by purchasing refurbished. I was even able to sell my iPad to yall so it can go to someone who will put good use to it. I’m really impressed with this laptop! You’d honestly never know it was refurbished—it looks and performs like new. There are a few slight marks and surface scars, but nothing that a case couldn’t cover up, and they don’t affect anything. Everything works perfectly right out of the box. Great value and a solid buy

I've had the new computer for about 2 weeks and so far so good! I was pleasantly surprised that the "fair" condition turned out to only be some slight damage to one corner/edge of the case - It's hardly noticeable when the laptop is open, the rest of it looks totally fine, and everything seems to work just as well as it did on my old computer (same model). I can't tell if the battery is losing charge faster than my old computer, but if it is, it's very minimal and still plenty for what I need. The computer arrived within a week, packed reasonably, and with some kind of replacement charger (my old charger still works fine so I'll probably just use that). I also did opt for the insurance because while my old laptop worked just fine, it's crazy how easy it was to crack the screen (I accidentally closed it on a paperclip and it was almost impossible to see what was happening on about 25% of the screen after that)! Paying $3/month is a deal when replacing just the screen costs more than purchasing this refurbished computer, and it has made me a lot less stressed about potential damage, especially with a curious kid around. Amazing! I’ve never bought anything refurbished or used before especially with tech. I was too hesitant that it wouldn’t work correctly or be really damaged. I purchased one in good condition and the only scratches are a few light ones on the very bottom. The top, keyboard and screen are pristine. The laptop works amazingly, and I could not be happier that I save so much! Will absolutely purchase from here again.
