I somewhat reluctantly ordered this laptop in “good” condition knowing how persnickety I am. Nonetheless, when it arrived yesterday, I was surprised that it was, what I consider, to be “excellent” condition. Best of all, it arrived in just a couple of days! I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Thank you BackMarket & thank you to the refurbisher.

I bought a 2020 MacBook Air and it's just as good as a brand new laptop. I've had it for 3 months and it's still working great. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it came with a charger that didn't work. It was some generic AC power adapter instead of a regulation Apple charger. Luckily I had an old Mac charger that worked so I didn't bother getting a replacement from Back Market. But otherwise it's been great. I hope my future purchases from Back Market go this well.

The delivery was awesome and was packaged securely. This seller is great. MacBook came looking new with no scratches and works great, it hasn’t given me any issues so far. I’m happy with my purchase and have been enjoying my MacBook. I hope it doesn’t develop any issues in the future.

I was so skeptical about ordering but I needed a good MacBook for school and this was a great deal. Opened it up yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. Very minor dings on the casing but so much better than I expected. Everything else is mint.

This is the third Mac I've purchased by BackMarket, I was not disappointed! the computer was as described, both physically and mechanically and delivery was actually a day early!
