I asked for a silver MacBook Pro. I received a silver computer with a dark grey cover on it(ugly), that I can't take off. I will live with it as I know the cover will protect my computer from scratches etc. I wish it was a different color. I honestly don't like the cover as it shows my finger prints on it which drives me nuts. I have tried different cleaners to clean the cover, they don't completely take my finger prints off. I didn't know I was getting a cover with my computer. I wish didn't have a computer cover. That's my only complaint. This is my third time buying a MacBook from BackMarket and I will be a forever customer. Having a computer is a privilege and I realized this when my MacBook was stolen in a break in back in August and I did not have one for over two months. I love it, It’s only been a few weeks, so I will write a review in two more months for an update. It didn’t come in an Apple box but I didn’t mind. It also came with a charger and it had no scratches. The quality is good and the Touch Bar is a cool feature. I got the cheapest one in quality and the quality was so good it was just like new there wasn't any sign of scratch on the screen or wear on keyboard even though description said there was. There were a few nicks but barely noticeable unless u look very closely. Nothing to complain about. Packaging was secure and stable, and laptop was in good condition with no scratches. Only thing is that the screen was a bit dirty and had some remnants of plastic or cardboard or something, but I bought it fair, so i guess it was expected. Really good conditions, the only issue is the space bar is not working very well. I tried to restart the computer which helped but it’s still not properly working.
