Short answer: YES it DOES!!! Moving forward, I suggest that most people buy at least a 16GB RAM device from 2024 onward. This one is 32GB RAM - and it's fast! I purchased this refurbished 2018 MacBook Pro to replace my 2013 MacBook Pro (purchased brand new 11 years ago). I'd intended to replace my old one in 2020, but that was the year the M1 came out. So I had heard about this website and decided to give it a try. After looking at the reviews, I felt really good about ordering a laptop in “good” condition to save a little money since I really only need it for occasional remote work and personal use. I have to say that this laptop is basically flawless and might as well be brand new. I honestly cannot believe that I got a MacBook in perfect condition for under $600. The item is good, but it turns out it’s the only generation to have an overheating problem, so unless i have a fan on it 24-7 it’s basically unusable. As well as it also has to stay plugged in the battery life is awful, just by unplugging it, it will die without it being open.

Honestly, the macbook I received was running like new. Besides a few scruffs on the side and sticker outlines from the previous owner, it’s running like it’s being used for the first time. I never had any issues setting it up or transferring from my old MacBook. For the price I paid for, it was a really good deal!
