MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch (2018) - Core i9 - 16GB - SSD 256GB

This is my first apple product ever. Then i also bought magic mouse 2 from the back market. I bought this mac book in an excellent condition, Super happy and satisfied The packaging was absolutely secured with the bubble wrap. The look was excellent with zero scratches anywhere, although it was little dusty on the keys but i just dusted that off. Battery performance was excellent that was to my surprise. To be true i was suspicious to buy a refurbished apple product. But it is worth the wait and money. I ave been using it since 1 week now and no complaints at all. Sound is amazing, screen looks new and the most important battery doesnt drain. Loving it already!

I just opened the box it came in- so I haven’t done anything beyond inspect the quality of the appearance.. I opened the lid of the laptop and it immediately turned on- beautiful graphics. I had ordered a different MacBook Pro from a different seller and it was AWFUL. The quality and appearance of this one more than makes up for the prior MacBook Pro that I sent back.

So far so good!! I love it! It’s pretty much perfect! The price point was great and there’s barely any wear and tear on it. Everything is running great. I’ll be back to update my review if need be. But so far, I’m very happy with my purchase. I also bought this in “good” condition and it’s damn near perfect!

On original inspection I thought it had scratches and pitting, but a thorough cleaning, and it appears they were mostly grime. I was a bit surprised that the refurbishing/renewal process didn't include a good cleaning. As this was a present, I was very happy with the condition it ended up being in. The battery status indicated that the battery had been charged a total of 5 times. I don't know if that reverts back to zero when the drive is wiped or that there is a way to reset that odometer, but I'm hoping that it indicates that the battery was replaced. The one thing that remains in question is "was the keyboard replaced". Apple had A LOT of issues with their Butterfly Keyboards from 2015 to 2018, and offered a free replacement, if the computer was brought in. There is no way, to my knowledge, to know if this MacBook received one of those replacements. I tested all the keys for sticking, and everything seems to be okay so far, but I would have liked that piece of mind. Knock on wood.

This is our first Apple Computer, so we're trying to get the hang of it. So far, so good. The laptop seems to be in very good condition and working very well. We'll know more over the next couple of weeks. Happy for now!

It came in no scratches or anything, I bought it in excellent condition by the way. The negatives is the charger that comes with it, it’s aftermarket and it makes a hissing noise at times, but I’ll just buy one from Apple. Overall, great computer.
