My MacBook Pro arrived as described in excellent condition. Only one very small scratch on the Apple logo and one very little ding but that doesn’t bother me at all. For an almost 5 year old device it’s great. Works and functions perfectly. And arrived very fast too. Happy with the seller and my purchase.

About two minor scratches on the bottom on the computer. Performs like brand new, everything works, this is an absolutely fantastic refurbishing job.

The viewing and purchasing process was great. The product (MacBook Pro) was good, but did have some issues. The keyboard has some issues with keys sticking and the fan has started coming on (which shouldn't be happening). But overall, you kind of expect some minor issues with a used product.
