Rating it purely on the sale, it's great. I like the 2019 MacBook Pro Retina... not a big fan of the Touch Bar, but otherwise it is a great computer. Came with Sonoma already installed and it works like a champ. I have ordered previously from Back Market and they always provide great customer service. I am sure I will continue to be a customer well into the future. Thanks, BM, for great service and great products.

After about a year of use, I'm starting to notice that the USB C ports are a bit glitchy - good chance due to it being refurbished. I guess you get what you pay for.

The product I received was in great condition however it did not have the features selected. I really want to like Back Market for how easy the app and site are to use, the great responsive customer service. Until you can fix the inventory listing true features and specifications I will buy elsewhere.
