With all the positive reviews I had read from people who bought items on this site, I was enticed to buy this (MacBook Pro Retina 15.4-inch (2019) - Core i9 - 32GB - SSD 512GB with a rating of "Excellent" condition @ $727.46 in total. This is my second purchase although my first purchase from another seller and different item does not arrive yet. I was so thrilled to open it and see immediately if I got an item that will be more than as expected. To my dismay, all I saw was plenty of scratches clearly visible at the bottom of the PC and some small damaged and dents on the edges of the front cover. I felt like the money I spent is not worth of the item I got. I'm working on a cruise ship so I'm not planning to return it since it will just a waste of time for me to send it back for refund or replacement. I will just take it even though I do not like it for my daughter. I should have added some few bucks and buy new instead. Well, charge to experience as they say.
