I was pleasantly surprised by my purchase of my Macbook Pro. It was shipped very quickly and arrived damaged free. The condition I purchased was "good", so I didn't expect much. However, there was hardly any signs of wear on it, besides a small mark on the side. I was able to update the OS to the latest version, shocking me because the model year is 2019. I had it for around a couple of weeks and have experienced no problems at all. I even received emails making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Combine this with the year warranty, I am worry free taking the leap and buying a refurbished product. I will have no issues purchasing more products from Back Market in the future.

My product arrived promptly, and the entire process was easy and simple enough. I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro 16” in “good” condition, and was very satisfied with what I received. My only negative was the charging block I received does not work. The cord was also extremely dirty, but it does work!

I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! It handles my work tasks smoothly without any performance issues However, since this is a refurbished product, there are a few things worth noting: Keyboard Issues: Some keys only started functioning properly after repeated use. It seems like they were sticky or unresponsive at first. Brightness Adjustment: The automatic brightness adjustment doesn't seem to work well. It doesn't transition correctly from dark to bright environments or vice versa. Cosmetic Flaws: There are visible scratches and signs of wear and tear. They don’t affect performance, so I can overlook them, but worth mentioning for those who care about aesthetics.few quirks and cosmetic imperfections, but delivers good performance.
